LABOREX was founded in 1994 with full Romanian capital, its experience in the field of chemical production allowing both collaboration with prestigious companies in the field, as well as the development of a range of its own products, dedicated to various industries. The organization has implemented and certified the Quality Management System since 2005, according to the conditions imposed by the SR EN ISO 9001 standard, and starting with 2012 the organization has also implemented the environmental management system according to SR EN ISO 14001.

Active for over a quarter of a century in the chemical industry, LABOREX has acquired the ability to produce certified chemical solutions according to local and European legislation. These are based on our own formulations, being products of interest for various industries such as the automotive industry, thermal installations, the petrochemical industry, metal processing, etc.

LABOREX products intended for the automotive field or various processing industries are found under the umbrella of the OILTECH brand. Car antifreezes, special oils, industrial additives, strippers, degreasers, professional detergents, thermochemical cleaning services of particle filters are just some of the reference categories that can be provided. Apart from the usual products, specific chemical solutions can be developed to ensure maximum efficiency of the serviced application. Also, depending on the clients' strategy and the requested volumes, various chemical solutions can be produced under the regime of the personalized label, under the beneficiary's brand.

In 2021, LABOREX takes an important step in the development of the OILTECH brand by formulating over 100 new products and by acquiring the company X-Oil Grup, an important manufacturer of lubricants present on the Romanian market since 2003. The new facility of production purchased is fully functional and offers the advantage of flexibility in the production of a varied range of oils with a capacity that can reach a maximum of 700 tons per month and the possibility of storing almost 400 tons of raw materials and finished products. The blending plant can produce different types of lubricants developed on group I or II base oils. The technological process is established on several flows defined by formulas in accordance with API/ACCEA standards for industrial equipment and with the requirements of vehicle manufacturers.
